These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jibazz ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jibazz website at jibazz.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement applies to all products and services offered by jibazz, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games, slot machine games, poker variants, specialty games, and all promotional offers and bonus programmes. The Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law and is intended for use by players physically located in Bangladesh.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

jibazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the jibazz platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

1.2 Language and Communication

The official language of this Agreement and all communications between jibazz and its players is English. Where any translation of this Agreement is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with jibazz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jibazz with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, or agreements (whether written or oral) relating to the subject matter hereof.

To access the full range of jibazz products and services, you must create a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of this Agreement. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a working email address during registration. It is your ongoing responsibility to ensure that all account details remain accurate and up to date. Changes to personal details must be submitted to the jibazz support team for verification before they are applied to your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold a maximum of one active jibazz account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice
• Any bonuses or promotional credits held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited
• Winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be voided
• The primary account may also be suspended pending a formal review

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jibazz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. jibazz will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact jibazz support immediately via live chat and request an emergency account freeze.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jibazz requires all players to complete a one-time identity verification process. This process involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business days. Accounts that do not complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed will have the request placed on hold until verification is finalised.

All financial transactions on jibazz are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Nexus Pay, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the player's jibazz wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to be reflected in your balance during standard banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM BST). jibazz charges no fees on deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the cashier section of your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within one to three hours, seven days a week
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days
• jibazz charges zero fees on withdrawals to all supported payment methods

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods linked to a jibazz account must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — payments originating from a mobile wallet or bank account registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, jibazz reserves the right to freeze the associated funds and request documentation confirming the payment source prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jibazz operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The platform employs transaction monitoring systems to detect and flag unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, jibazz is required to file appropriate reports with relevant authorities and may temporarily or permanently restrict the account under review. jibazz will not be liable for delays caused by AML investigations and cannot disclose the details of any ongoing investigation to the account holder.

jibazz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual offer page as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and this Agreement, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete account registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the jibazz welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the player's bonus wallet following confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The bonus amount, percentage match, and minimum qualifying deposit threshold are specified on the current welcome offer page and are subject to change at jibazz's discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The following bet types do not count toward wagering requirements unless stated otherwise:

• Bets placed on games excluded from the current promotion
• Bets placed using real-money balance before bonus balance is exhausted
• Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets
• Combination bets where individual selections contain odds below the minimum threshold stated on the offer

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jibazz takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit low-risk wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus arbitrage), and misrepresenting personal information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, jibazz reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and withhold any balance derived from abusive activity.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered through before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. Expiry dates are stated on each individual offer card and are counted from the moment the bonus is credited to the account, not from the date of deposit.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Players may request the removal of a bonus from their account at any time prior to completion of wagering requirements. Removing an active bonus will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings generated while the bonus was active. The real-money deposit that accompanied the bonus will remain intact and available for withdrawal subject to normal withdrawal conditions.

Either party may initiate the closure of a jibazz account. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily, or who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, should contact the jibazz support team via live chat. jibazz may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of this Agreement has occurred.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

To close your account voluntarily, contact jibazz live chat support and submit a written closure request. Before the account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds and pending free spin winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Once closed, a jibazz account cannot be reopened; players wishing to return to the platform must register a new account and complete the full KYC process again.

7.2 Suspension and Closure by jibazz

jibazz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Provision of false or misleading identity information
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Duplicate account detection
• Abuse of promotional offers
• Chargebacks filed against jibazz without prior support contact
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory authority

In the event of a suspension pending investigation, jibazz will notify the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is confirmed following an investigation, jibazz will return any verified real-money deposits to the originating payment method, minus any amounts subject to forfeiture as described in this Agreement, within 10 business days.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful are encouraged to apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods are available in the following durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, access to the jibazz platform is blocked, all marketing communications are suspended, and any remaining balance is held securely until the exclusion period ends. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jibazz, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jibazz platform or any of its services.

8.1 Service Availability

jibazz endeavours to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, network failures, or events beyond the reasonable control of jibazz. jibazz shall not be liable for any losses, including lost winnings or missed betting opportunities, arising from periods of service unavailability.

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the display of odds, game results, credit amounts, or promotional offers — jibazz reserves the right to void any bets or transactions affected by the error, correct account balances, and restore the platform to the state it would have been in had the error not occurred. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error will be subject to the prohibited conduct provisions of Section 6.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The jibazz platform integrates games and services provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jibazz makes no warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of third-party content and shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures within third-party game systems. Any disputes relating to specific game outcomes should be directed to jibazz support, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.

8.4 Force Majeure

jibazz shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, telecommunications failure, civil unrest, power outages, or failure of third-party infrastructure providers. In such events, jibazz's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

8.5 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, the maximum aggregate liability of jibazz to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to all claims whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
